Welcome to Skyline Leather Fashion Training Center PLC. As the General Manager, it is my distinct privilege to welcome you to our official portal and share our vision for the future of Africa’s leather and footwear industries. At Skyline, we firmly believe that the key to sustainable industrial transformation lies in bridging the critical gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern, competency-based technical education. Founded with a deep commitment to excellence, we operate at the intersection of high-impact vocational training and professional industrial consultancy. Our mission is clear: to transform raw potential into highly skilled, employable professionals who can drive innovation across the leather goods and footwear manufacturing sectors. We take immense pride in our comprehensive training programs, customized institutional modules, and expert consultancy services—all licensed by the Addis Ababa City Administration and designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern industry. Our dedication to measurable impact is reflected in our track record: we have successfully trained over 1,492 individuals in-house and reached 3,257 through outreach programs, creating verified job linkages for more than 2,000 individuals. Furthermore, as an organization certified by the ILO SCORE Productivity Program and a proud participant in key national initiatives such as the Ethiopian School Shoe Project, we maintain the highest standards of workplace cooperation and enterprise excellence. These achievements are made possible through trusted collaborations with esteemed development partners, including Save the Children, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), GIZ, the Emmanuel Development Association (EDA), AWSAD, and SNV. Whether we are empowering young trainees through hands-on workshop environments or partnering with regional and international stakeholders to deliver advanced curricula, our focus remains steadfast on quality, practical competence, and market relevance.
